Shipping Policy

Free Economy Shipping on all online orders over $99

All online orders that exceed $99 before taxes will qualify to choose Free Economy Shipping during checkout. Free Economy Shipping orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on lowest cost and shortest in-transit time to your address.

Orders that qualify for this free shipping offer can only be delivered to locations in the Continental United States. (Sorry, but this offer is not for recipients in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S.V.I. etc.)



Estimated time in transit for orders in the contiguous U.S.
  • Free Economy Shipping (6-10 business days)
  • Ground (3-5 business days)
  • 2-Day (2 business days)
  • Overnight (1 business day)

We understand that you want to receive you package on time. Our goal is to ship in stock items on the same day if received by 1:00PM Central Time Monday - Friday.

Orders requiring more than 5 business days to process will be notified by Email.

We use the shipping option and the carrier selected during checkout to ship your order. However, we may choose to use another carrier to ship your order in circumstances where another carrier can deliver more efficiently.

Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase.

Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped. This email will contain your order tracking information. The carrier used to ship your order will be specified in the confirmation email.

You can log on to www.ups.com, www.fedex.com, or www.usps.com to track your package.

Some items may be shipped directly from our vendor. You will be notified by email when your order is being shipped from our vendor.

Please note: We can NOT ship to:
  • Post Office Boxs ( PO Box )
  • Apartment doorsteps * *
  • Dormitory doorsteps * *
* If you live in an apartment, or in a dormitory please use the shipping address for your apartment complex's office, or your school's student services office. We will ship your package with attention to your name. * All packages sent to apartment complex offices, and student services offices will require a signature in order to receive the package. If you have any questions about this policy please give us a call. We would be glad to answer any questions.

Any shipping and handling expenses incurred by LOEB'S that results from incorrect address entry, shipment refusal, or shipment re-route will be charged to the customer.


International and Canada Shipping Policy

Please call, or email us before ordering from outside the United States and ask about having an international order approved.

Some brands CANNOT be shipped outside the United States. We can only ship some items internationally. However, each international order must go though our approval process. If you would like to place an international order we ask that you allow 5 business days for approval processing before shipping procedures can occur.

LOEB'S is not responsible for the payment of customs, taxes and duties.

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to countries where fraud is prevalent.

Address Verification will be performed on all credit cards. If your bank does not provide a Address Verification Service, your order may be delayed or cancelled. We require that you use a credit card issued by an American bank.
