Returns & Exchanges
Returns will only be accepted if the merchandise is in its original condition ( unworn, unwashed, and undamaged) with the original tags attached to the merchandise. Items such as shoes and sunglasses must be returned in the original box. Returns will only be accepted if the merchandise was purchased at LOEB'S. Customers will need to present their original sales receipt in order to receive a full refund.

In-Store Purchases

POLICY REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ITEMS PURCHASED IN THE STORE MUST BE RETURNED IN PERSON. DO NOT MAIL BACK YOUR ITEM. 

Notice: Items mailed back without a valid RA# may be subject to a $10 processing fee, and may be returned to the sender.
  • No cash refunds
  • No returns after 45 days from date of sale.
  • A sales receipt must accompany merchandise being returned.
  • A LOEB'S store credit will be issued on all gifts being returned.
  • NO RETURNS on any CLEARANCE, or SALE merchandise. ALL SALES FINAL
  • There will be a $10.00 service charge on special orders on all men's and women's sportswear items. Merchandise must be paid in advance before order is placed.

POLICY REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES


Before sending an item back to LOEB'S you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Returns mailed back without a valid RA# may be subject to a $10 processing fee, and may be returned to the sender. 


Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, including: hangers, polybags, hang tags on garments, shoe boxes, dust bags, and gift boxes. Item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. 


To obtain a valid RA# please contact: Returns & Exchanges on the Customer Service Page

  • RA# must be requested via Customer Service Contact page within 14 days after tracking information indicates initial arrival at your residence or business.
  • The return/exchange package must arrive at LOEB'S within 14 days after RA# is issued. 
  • No cash refunds. Sorry, we can only refund your original payment method, or issue store credit. 
  • A $7.00 restocking fee per item will be deducted from your refund for returns of apparel.
  • A $10.00 restocking fee per item will be deducted from your refund for returns of footwear. 
  • A $15.00 restocking fee per item will be deducted from your refund for returns of audio, drinkware, cooking, flashlights, headlamps, and/or hammocks. 
  • A $18.00 restocking fee per item will be deducted from your refund for returns of coolers.
  • A $20.00 fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit if shoe box is missing or damaged.
  • A $5.00 fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit if plastic poly garment bag is missing, or damaged. 
  • If you are returning, or exchanging an item you must include a copy of your original packing invoice in the box.
  • A LOEB'S online store credit will be issued on all gifts being returned.
  • NO RETURNS on any CLEARANCE, or SALE merchandise. ALL SALES FINAL
  • Returns are subject to a billing adjustment if you return an item that qualified for free shipping, free packaging, a free gift with purchase, or any other special offer.
  • Return/Exchange shipping costs to and from LOEB'S are the responsibility of the Customer.
  • We cannot guarantee that exchanges can be made. You are welcome to request an exchange and send back your item, but we cannot guarantee that the item requested in exchange will be in stock by the time we receive the returned merchandise. 
  • Allow 5-7 business days for processing of returns/exchanges from the date the item is received in the store.
  • Follow our Return/Exchange Policy, and read the instructions carefully.
  • Contact Online Customer Service to obtain a valid RA#
  • Complete the Return Form.
           

To view the Return Form document above, you need the Adobe Reader.
  • Enclose the completed Return Form with merchandise in a well sealed box. 
  • Ship return merchandise via traceable, insured courier.
  • Clearly print Valid RA# on the top of the box.
  • COD's will not be accepted.
